Modiphius Entertainment is looking for a project assistant eager to help the product management team deliver tabletop games to an exciting, expanding market. You will support the project managers with organising the development, production, and fulfilment of tabletop roleplaying, war, card, and board games, working with some of the leading international licences and original intellectual properties. This is an excellent entry-level position for those interested in tabletop game project management and production, and you should be available to work remotely during British office hours, 9am- 5pm.
£21,000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Assisting the product management team with administrative tasks and the project management process.
Role
- To assist the processes and work to create and manufacture the products managed by the product management team.
- To help manage assigned projects’ delivery plans.
- To diarise project meetings and milestones as required by the senior management and product management teams.
- To organise and assign SKUs, barcodes, ISBNs, and other identifiers to products in a configuration database.
- Assist customer service with queries about our product lines.
- To submit content for licensor approval, at their required stages, and ensure all stakeholders are properly informed of approval status in a timely manner.

Project Manager
Modiphius Entertainment is looking for dynamic project managers passionate about delivering tabletop games to an exciting, expanding market. You will be a part of the product management team, organising the development, production, and fulfilment of tabletop roleplaying, war, card, and board games, working with some of the leading international licences and original intellectual properties. You should also be available to work remotely during British office hours, 9am- 5pm.
£24,000 - £30,000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the product line is delivered on time and within budget, as briefed by the senior management team
- Ensuring final products are delivered to high standards, as outlined in the brief by the senior management team.
Authority
- To commission contractors and assign them work, within the budget and scope of the project.
- To assign work to the game development, studio, and operations teams, as required from the brief.
- To approve or reject commissioned work, within the scope of the brief.
- To oversee and manage approvals to any licensors or stakeholders.
Role
- To manage the processes and work to create and manufacture the products briefed by the senior management team.
- To structure and manage each assigned project's delivery plan.
- To oversee and manage the completion of all time boxes in the delivery plan.
- To keep a record of costs as per the budget for the products created for the product line to which you’re assigned.
- Create briefs for products and games in conjunction and approved by the senior management team.
- Assign work, as briefed by the senior management team, to the game development, and studio teams.
- Commission contractors and assign them work, and brief them, liaising with them for deadlines and ensuring their work is to brief.
- Assist customer service with queries about the product line.
- To oversee that content for licensor approval is submitted by the relevant party and moving ahead with product delivery once that approval has been received, at their required stages.
- Liaising with and assisting the sales team with the sale and distribution of the products you are responsible for.
- Liaising with production managers and the senior management team in order to initiate, confirm, and seek approval for production of the products you are responsible for.

Production Operative - Cornwall
We are seeking a motivated hard-working individual to join our growing team of resin figure manufacturers. We work in a quality driven environment and require someone with a high attention to detail to assist within the resin casting process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demoudling of cast resin parts.
- Quality control, checking cast parts.
- Achieving daily quota's of produced parts.
- Assembly of finished products.
- Assisting with the daily running of moulds.
- Opportunity available to learn the moudling and casting process
Workshop based in Lostwithiel in Cornwall, England all skills and training provided but existing knowledge of mould making and table top gaming is a great bonus. You must be based near Liskeard or willing to relocate to apply to the role (please indicate this in your application), and must have the legal right to work in the UK.
